We firmly believe that sport performance training must be specific to the sport. That is why we only train high level high school hockey athletes that aspire to play at the next level.

Further, we believe that general measures of strength and power (bench press, back squat, hang clean, etc.) are irrelevant. Instead, the focus of hockey training should be on developing on-ice speed and hockey specific strength.

We don’t train hockey players to get better in the gym, we train hockey players to get better on the ice.
