Zack Rourk, PhD

Zack earned his doctorate and dual masters in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota. He has been training hockey players from the high school to NHL level for the past ten years. He is currently a professor of Exercise Science at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls where he studies hockey training and is the Director of the Masters in Strength and Conditioning program.

jordy murray

Jordy Murray

Jordy is a product of Shattuck St. Mary’s high school program where he won the under 18 national championship twice. After a three-year career with the Wisconsin Badgers including an appearance in the NCAA national championship game, Jordy played six years in the Swiss National A League. In the spring of 2020, Jordy graduated with his M.Ed in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota.

John Draeger

John helped lead Shattuck St. Mary’s to two consecutive National Championships and was his team’s top scoring defenseman. He went on to play for the Michigan State Spartans from 2012-2016 and was drafted in the third round (68th overall) of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft by the Minnesota Wild. He coached Prior Lake Varsity for two seasons as an Assistant Coach. John is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Wisconsin River Falls.

2019-Bjork-Dylan

Dylan Bjork

Dylan earned his master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning from University of Wisconsin – River Falls and maintains his NSCA-CSCS. He has coached in all three divisions of the NCAA, including University of Minnesota, Western Michigan University, Concordia University of St. Paul, University of Wisconsin – River Falls, and Viterbo University.
